Bharatpur is located in central southern part of Nepal. It is located in Chitwan district. Gaidakot and Bharaputr is separated by a long bridge named as Narayani. The main tourist place in Bharatpur is Devghat,Shivaghat. Devghat is one of the famous religious place of Nepal. It is located at the junction of the Seti Gandaki and Krishna rivers.
Sauraha is also one of the famous place of Nepal.It is located close to Chitwan National Park. It lies 23 km east of bharatpur.It is the gateway to Chitwan national park. Laetly it has grown up as a small town with hotels,resortsresturants,internet cafes and gift shops. The do's at sauraha is Jungle safari foot, jeep or elephant ,elephant bathing,tharu cultural dance, watching Bishazari tal etc.
